“I am a complete novice to Yoga. Carolina welcomed me in a genuinely genuine way. She taught me the basics of the amazing world of yoga and made me feel relaxed and calm. All my life I’ve been walking around unable to breathe. Now I know what it means to search inward and not outward. Can highly recommend Carolina! Namaste! 🙏”

I think Carolina is a fantastic yoga teacher! Carolina’s instruction was clear and easy to follow, with a strong focus on correct technique and alignment in asanas. Her knowledge of Sanskrit and the use of these terms demonstrate a deep understanding of yoga.
She was very committed and motivating. Her cheerful and positive attitude contributed to a safe and relaxed atmosphere in the class. Carolina had the ability to adapt her teaching to suit all students, regardless of their level or experience.
Carolina has the ability to see each student based on their own conditions and needs, which is an important quality in a yoga teacher, especially in classes with varying levels.
Carolina created a safe and relaxed atmosphere in the class and also included the chanting of mantras in Sanskrit, which can contribute to a deeper spiritual and cultural understanding of yoga.
Carolina gave personal feedback that touched me, and her words on graduation day have left a lasting impression. Her appreciation of me, and my appreciation of Carolina, have created a bond between us.
Carolina is not only skilled in her profession but also has the ability to truly connect with her students on a personal level. My experience of her teaching has had a positive and significant impact on my yoga journey. I would love to continue growing in yoga together with her.
Carolina is an inspiring, happy and joyful yoga teacher.
Varying and good quality on her yoga classes, alignment and art of teaching. Lots of laugh and love

Carolina is calm, clear, methodical and explains what the different poses are called and what they are good for. I wasn’t a complete beginner when I started going to Carolina. But her classes are so educational that I want to learn more.

Once there, it turned out to be an incomparably lush garden on the edge of a forest. Absolutely fantastic garden and an equally fantastic house, probably over 100 years old and wonderfully decorated. I just unpacked and then it was time for the first yoga session. The session was probably about 90 minutes, which I should have experienced as an eternity, but the opposite. Everything was new to me, both the postures, the breathing and the mental part so it wasn’t exactly easy, but I think I managed it pretty well, and afterwards I felt incredibly good. So relaxed and calm, which were feelings I hadn’t experienced in months.
Day 2 started with morning yoga, now it was a completely different type of yoga, I don’t remember what it was called, or if there was a name for it. But again, almost everything was new to me. What I really experienced as liberating was the mental part and breathing, something that I had never worked with before, but which really benefited me. There was an evening session as well. It’s easy to think that it’s too much to start with so many sessions for such a beginner as me, but on the contrary, I only experienced it positively and relaxing all the time.
The last day also started with morning yoga. What a start to the day. Carolina is by far the best yoga teacher I’ve ever had, I know she is probably the only one I ever had. But I’m convinced she’s world-class. When the weekend was over and I went home, I was so filled with energy and an inner calm that I can’t remember ever experiencing before and the best part was that it lasted for if not the whole summer, then at least for a long time.
I recommend everyone to try Carolina’s yoga, whether you’re a beginner like me, or if you’re much more experienced. It was no problem to keep up, even if I had to do some easier poses sometimes, and I let my thoughts drift away a little too much, but Carolina was always there and guided me back. The fact that the farm and the house we lived in was absolutely perfect, the food delicious just makes me even more strongly recommend going there on a weekend pass if the opportunity arises.
