Daily Flow

Mornings begin with soothing silence and sunrise Hatha Yoga to Sanskrit Mantras. Evenings close with deep Yin and Sound Healing outside under the Scandinavian stars or indoors in the Yoga Hall with a warming Fire stove.

Shadow Work

Safe, facilitated workshops to look at the parts of ourselves we often ignore. This is where the real “Glow” begins.

Nutrition

Nourish your body with locally sourced, organic, vegetarian/Vegan meals prepared by our onsite chefs. We also provids Glutenfree & lactosefree food when needed for our guests.
