Glow Yin Yoga’s training stands out globally with its unique combination of Yoga Program aligned with Yoga Alliance standards as well as sessions of Sound healing, Embodiment Dance, Yoga Nidra Meditation and Manifestation meditations. Our program is designed to ensure that you not only gain profound knowledge but also become a master in each area. In the Asana practice you will have sessions of Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga to give you a flexible foundation in your teaching.
200 Hrs Yoga Teacher Training Program in Sweden or India
The Glow Yin Yoga Yoga TTC:s are presented in 2 teaching blocks. The first part is a 12 days residential course and second part is online. Choose to do part the first residential part in Sweden during summer, or in India in winter. Your training is finished when you have finished the online part and you can apply for Yoga alliance membership.
At Glow Yin Yoga we give our students the opportunity to complete their training up to 1 year after the first part to make this training accessible for everyone regardless of situation or previous practice of Yoga. In special cases you can do your training 12 days in Sweden and 12 days in India, combining the two into a 200 HRS residential training. Sweden Årås Kvarn Venue

In our summer Yoga TTC:s you stay at one of our Swedish Venues, all the 12 days and attend to the Yoga program for gaining your certificate of a certified Yoga Teacher.
The Mansion Årås Kvarn Venue
This lovely Venue is at Årås Kvarn located between two lakes in beautiful Västergötland. Here you stay with all comforts and amneties in the middle of nature. Perfect for a comfortable stay for your training.
Surrounded by nature trails and far from any roads you can immerse yourself in peace and natural stillness. This venue is dated back to the 1600 century and has a lot of lovely history to enjoy, in the main house and in the typical Swedish red cabins with shared rooms and private rooms. Here you have acsess to shared full equipped kitchen and shared bathroom.
In the hotel house you have your own lovely bathroom and countrystyle comfortable room with view over the mansion and gardens. A beautiful fountain welcomes you at the entrance to the white main building where we have our indoor yoga classes and breakfasts. There is also an outdoor Yoga space in a roofed dance floor, available for our groups in beautiful weather.
The Farmhouse Off-Grid venue
At our Farmhouse Off-grid venue you can stay in our small guest farmhouse where up to 5 people can stay. Or in one ofour cozy canvas glamping tents for the full nature experience. All tents contains comfortable doublebed, necessary furniture and small independent washing space behind.
When staying at this venue you will really get a break from modern worldy life and immerse in grounding, nature life. For you who really want the full experience rooted in the earth.

Summer Yoga Teacher Training in Sweden, Västergötland
For a Yoga Teacher Training rooted in the nature and close to mother earth and stillness, we recommend you to sign up for our Sweden venue for your residential part. Here you can immerse in the yogic practice without any disturbance from the outside world and connect to yourself better. You stay part time in the beautiful manison of Årås Kvarn and at our farmhouse venue.
Online part of the Yoga Teacher Training
The online section is accessed by you from the date you sign up for the course and you start to immerse in Yogic knowledge and science. It covers 100 Hrs of the total 200 Hrs training. Course material and manual as well as online classes are given by the Yoga school. Students who have less time for travels can benefit from this type of training. We recommend all students to start their onlinepart at least 2 weeks before the residential part to give the time for deeper understanding of Yoga, but if you can only do it after the training this will also be approved. When all the parts are finished you will recieve your certificate eligible for applying for Yoga Alliance membership. • Carolina Smedberg from Sweden. Founder of Glow Yin Yoga, with 20 years of experience of Yoga practice. Mainly Carolina teaches Hatha Yoga, Aligment, Anatomy and Yogic Philosophy. Also being a violinist and musician she adds music and Sound Healing both with violin, guitar, vocals and Tibetan Singing bolws to her Yoga Classes.
